Ledenika Cave is one of the most visited caves in Bulgaria. It is open for visits all year round. The cave is 320 m long and has 10 halls. Its entrance is located at 830 m above sea level in the lowest part of Ledenishki Uval. It receives the first visitors in the distant 1961. It owes its name to the exclusive ice decoration - ice stalagmites, stalactites and stalactites, formed in the first two halls in winter. With its numerous formations, figures and draperies, the cave is one of the most beautiful in the country. The most popular hall is the Concert Hall. Every year underground cave concerts are held in it. In the summer of 2005 the tourist infrastructure in Ledenika was completely renewed. The cave is open all year round.
Ledenika Amusement Park is located next to the cave and includes a visitor center with exhibitions and 5D cinema, a rope garden, a climbing wall, an amphitheater and a theme park. The visitor center offers walks on eco-trails, sports games and competitions for all ages, artistic events related to the natural resources of the Vratsa Balkan Nature Park, quizzes, carnivals, photo workshops on a given topic and many other entertainments.
How to get there: by car 16 km. on an asphalt road from the town of Vratsa, passing through the Vratsata pass and turning right.

Practical information
Amusement park and cave "Ledenika" are open all year round. The temperature is around 8-16 degrees and it is recommended to wear an outer garment.

Every year on May 30, on the occasion of the Botev Days, a Symphony Concert is held in the Concert Hall of Ledenika Cave.
